The PRECISE TEMPERATURE CONTROL ensures delicate sauces can be kept warm at 100°F, while a juicy steak can be grilled with serious grill marks at 500°F. The SHATTER-PROOF CERAMIC GLASS heating surface was rigorously tested to withstand intense heat without shattering, making it one of the safest cooktops on the market.
