The Duralon Blue Ceramic coating is rated at 9H hardness, making it extremely strong and resistant to abrasion, corrosion, and acid. This means it won't chip or discolor and will retain its non-stick properties longer. Additionally, the cookware is bonded and reinforced with an anti-warp stainless steel plate on the bottom, making it induction-ready and ensuring fast, even heat distribution and superior heat retention at any temperature.
